I use Office 2003 connected to a Microsoft Exchange server on a Domain
environment. All of the sudden, one day I could not right click on any
e-mails in my inbox. You click the button, but absolutely nothing happens.
Another symptom of the same disease is that reoccuring items in the calendar
do not open. When you click on the calendar item, it just says cannot open
this item or somehthing to that effect. I have tried doing a detect and
repair on Outlook, I have tried doing a full repair, I have tried
re-installing a fresh copy of Outlook, I have tried applying all updates, but
none of it has worked. The only way to fix it is to recreate your Windows
profile which for some of us isn't that enjoyable. After spending the time
to re-create my profile, that problem has come back two weeks later!:( Has
anyone seen this before or have any suggestions?

Does it work if you open the mailbox on another computer? If so,
reinstalling probably won;t help... does it only affect email and calendar?
are you using cached mode?

Have you tried any of the /clean switches yet?

Thanks for responding!!

If you open the mailbox from a different computer, the problems does not
follow, it is only on the computer that the problem started at. As far as I
know it only affects e-mail and calendar, but I might notice other things
soon. We are not using Cached Exchange Mode

Do you know if the ones that it does not replcae are critical files

The only one that you may wish to worry about is the NK2 file.
