My hardware wizard failed to detect and install my webcam(Veo Stingray) I plug-in my cam in the front and rear USB ports and nothing works

Reboot PC and try again. If nothing, insert your installation disk that came with th
camera, and click Setup. If that doesn't work, check if your USB ports ar
activated. If they are, put batteries in the camera or use AC adapter
If none of these work. You need HELP!

very possibly it is USB card, try system, devices see what it says. i have same problem, it worked with me win but not with xp win

Did the docs say to install the software first? Or did you just cross
your fingers and hope for the best?
