Hardware Profile / Configuration Recovery

On startup I get a "Hardware Profile / Configuration
Recovery" menu. It allows me to select "Original
Configuration" or "Docked". It waits 30 seconds for a
selection. I can hit F3 to reboot, L for the last know
good config. I have never seen this before in XP. I am
running a Thinkpad. Is this an IBM setting or a XP
setting? If it is XP where do I adjust it. It is not the
Boot.ini.

You can edit hardware profiles by right clicking on "My Computer" and
sleeting "Properties". In the "Hardware" tab click the "Hardware Profiles"
button near the bottom.
