Hardware Malfuntion message

I have recently upgraded my system to a Soyo KT 400 Ultra, AMD 2200+, 512Mg
Mushkin ram. During any gameplay I will get a blue screen and message that
says "Windows has encountered a Hardware Malfunction. Please Contact Your
Vendor." I have tried different BIOS configurations and memory and have
updated the graphics drivers (ATI 7500). This only occurs if I am playing
any games, otherwise the machine runs perfectly 24/7. Any suggestions on how
to diagnose the guilty party is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

All I see for the Radeon 7500 are Display Driver, Control Panel, and the WDM
Capture driver. Is there something that I am missing here? I really
appreciate your response. Thanks!
