Hardware Compatibility - pnp bios extension

Hi.

I am considering upgrading from Windows 98SE to XP Pro. I
ran the upgrade advisor. In the "Hardware Compatibility
Issues" section it lists "System Devices" then "PnP BIOS
Extension". Will this cause me a problem upgrading?

Thanks for your help.

My system:
Micron Millennia computer (Intel 440BX-2)
650 Mhz PIII (Coppermine) Slot1
448 megs ram
ATI 9000 Pro
Intel Pro 100

Let me know if you need any other information.
 
By the way, I searched the Microsoft support site and did
not find and help on this issue.
