Hardrive Partitioning

My hardrive is partitioned into two sections. Windows XP
is on the C drive, which is smaller, and takes up almost
the entire thing. I'd like to install Service Pack 2,
however, due to limited space it cannot be installed. Is
there any way to transfer space from the larger D drive
to the C drive that anyone knows? Thanks!

It can be done easiest with a 3rd party partition program, such as Partition
Magic:
