Hardreset on emulator

While still having the problem not able to deploy a simple application
(just created with the wizard) to an emulator, I will try to do a hard
reset on the emulator to enforce the newly download of the compact
framework. How can this be done? "Reset" in the emulators menu seem to
be only a soft reset. I've tried it on a maschine where emulating is
possible and I figured out, that the framework isn't reinstalled after
the reset (like I have seen on first time usage).

Which emulator are you using? The Emulator menu should have an option of
Hard Reset (Host-key + R)

Sorry for my late answer. The problem I've described was not korrekt. I
didn't say in my posting that I'm using VS2005 Beta. And the emulator is
the Pocket PC emulator. There is a menu item "Reset". My problem was,
that after selecting this item, the emulator did a restart. But starting
to deploy a program I couldn't see, that the CF was deployed. So I
assumed, it was only a soft reset. My mistake was, that I hadn't setup
the IP address of the emulator, so none files have been deployed,
neither the CF neither my program.

Now I fixed the IP settings and I can see, that the menu "Reset" makes a
hard reset.
