I have installed an additional new hard drive and divided
it into two volumes of 30mb each. Everything seems to be
OK the system is stable and I have had no data loss and
have no reason to worry apart from the fact that when I
go into disk management it says that both my new disk
volumes are healthy at risk changed from when I installed
them when they just said healthy..
I have run scandisk with fix errors etc and all is ok as
well as defragmenting the drives. I have also downloaded
the diagnostic software from the Western digital site and
run it showing no problems. The PC world advisor said it
is nothing and not to believe everything windows is
telling me.
Sorry to drag this on, but should I take action to
correct this or do as the PC world advisor said and
ignore it. After all everything seems to be working OK.
I am running Win XP pro on 550 MHZ processor and 512MB
Ram.
Thankyou so much for any help given. I really appreciate
it.
