I installed a second hard drive with a fat 32 partition
in my system, but windows will not assign a drive letter
to it, I went into the disk management tools to do
manualy but it dosn't give me the option to give or
change letter. I have 10 gigs of saved info on this drive
and would like to avoid losing it to a format please help
