I'm surprised that your computer user's manual did not explain that
restoring your computer to factory settings erases your hard disk. I'm
even more surprised that the restore software did not warn you at some
point that your hard disk would be erased if you continued.
You'll need to send your hard disk to data recovery specialists, who may
be able to recover your data, but you'll pay dearly for it. The more you
use your computer, the less chance there is of recovery.
He/she will in the future! Unfortunately these are the kind of
"accidents" that it sometimes takes to make people realize how important
it is to regularly backup their precious files.
Data recovery software may be able to recover your missing files, but the
more you use the computer, the less chance of a successful outcome.
