Hard Drive Recovery - HELP!!!

Can anyone tell me what's the best Hard Drive Recovery software available.

I've tried 'Winternal's ERD Commander 2003' and it could not find any files
on the corrupted partition.

Is there any better software out there?

I use getdataback or it might be getbackdata

you can download it, see what it can find and if everything is OK, you pay
up, get the code and then save your data off to another HDD.

It even works after formating, BIOS changes where the new BIOS refuses to
accept the HDD as formatted etc.
