hard drive read only

I changed a users rights on the local computer from
Administrator to a user. Now the entire hard drive and
all files are read only even if you are signed in under
the Administrator. Was this coincidence or did something
happen. When you set it back and go into a file it changes
back to read only.

same here.. i just did a complete reinstall and now, on
admin, i cant make folders or files non read only.. its
really pissing me off...
