Hard Drive Problems

Hey all,

My problem started when i got acronis disk director suite 10, to tey and
copy my XP partition from my old HD (40GB) to a new one (160GB). I Copied it
and all seemed well and i ran a check partition scan through disk director,
which is just chkdsk and it came up as saying windows has found errors use
'chkdsk /f' to fix, which i did. Comp rebooted and i scanned again and it
says i have errors and should try again. So i unplug the160GB HD and plug in
the old 40GB HD and scan that and it says the same thing. Does that mean my
original partition had errors and i just copied them over. How can i get rid
of these errors, chkdsk /f does nothing?

Thanks
