HARD DRIVE NOT SHOWEN UP

Hi I Pluged in a hard drive and it is showen up on my Device Manager but not in 'MY COMPUTER' It also show sup in BIOS. What should I do. The drive I am pluging in is NTFS and the drive I have as my prim is Fat32. Don't know if that makes a diffrance. Please help TA

When you say you plugged it in I assume its a usb

harddrive. I have a similar problem with mine, some times
it shows in device manager, sometimes not. It's probably
not a good idea but, turn it off manually, wait a few
seconds and turn on again, works for mine.
