Hard Drive Imaging

What could I use to deploy hard drive images from DVD? The computers
that need deployment are not connected to networks, and I wish to make
an image of one PC, then deploy that image from DVD to multiple PCs
with the same hardware specs. This is would be ideal to 'cleanup' our
training PCs every month to have 'fresh' Windows installations on them.

Unattended installs would make it a bit more flexible.
