Hard Drive image

Hello,

I am a new user.

I wanted to know if there was a way to take an image of a
hard drive and keep all the clients folders intact in
order to reimage a hard drive, instead of copying folders
1 by 1

I would greatly appreciate any Replies

You may wish to look into purchasing a third-party imaging program
that will be of great use:

A new user and you're asking about disk imaging? I'm afraid of what you'll
be asking about once you become an experienced user. It'll be over my head,
that's for sure!

You want disk imaging software. Look at Norton Ghost
(http://www.symantec.com/sabu/ghost/ghost_personal/) and Drive Image
(http://www.symantec.com/driveimage/), both of which come from Symantec;
also check out TrueImage (http://www.acronis.com/products/trueimage/) by
Acronis.
