Hard Drive Fatal Crash

I've recently had my hard drive fail completely (unrecoverable). How do I go
about loading my licensed version of Win XP with associated Product Key onto
a hard drive in a new system I'm building and still be able to activate it?

Please advise.

No problem - try routine activation via internet - if you receive notice
about previous activation then proceed with activation over the phone.
