hard disk + RAW mode?

Hello,

I have this problem with my hard disk. I cannot access to it and it say
filesystem is RAW? How I can change it back to NTFS and get backup all
files? There are several important files. Is this possible anymore or
are all data gone now? Hard disk is normal IDE.

If somebody can help me?
