hard disk partition

I partiotioned my entire hard disk(80 GB) into single C drive with primary
partiton
but i now whish to change to 25 GB and make 2 other drives

how can i do this without loosing my present softwares and data on C drive

If you want repartition without losing anything you will be best to use a
3rd party program such as Acronis Disk Director Suite:
