hard disk not detecting

my hard diask is not detecting any more...it does not show
the space it have .when i start my PC it show me non
system disk

pleasehelp to troubleshotthe rpoblem

Do you have a floppy disk, or a cd-rom inserted, if so remove them and
reboot. A disk in either may cause the "non system disk" error you are
getting.
