Hard Disk Activity

All of a sudden my HD is working all the time. It flashes activity for a
couple seconds then
off, Everything seems to work just fine. There is no compromise of my system
resources because of this action. Additionally there is no data being
transferred within or out. I am on cable broadband and my WXP OS has all the
current fixes. Does anyone have a clue? I have checked out Kelly and Knott's
XP websites but no help. Thanks

This is normal for 99% of the users. Don't worry about it. I have it also on
my 3 computers.
