What is wrong with printing in Power Point 2k. There is no print preview
option and the slides will not print in landscape no matter what I do. Also,
any slide with a graph and text ends up with the text being cut off. Why is
there no functionality here at all?

True, there is no print preview. However, it's always printed fine for me.
If you are printing handouts, the layouts are predefined and you can't change
them from portrait to landscape. I recommend: http://skp.mvps.org/how/

Can't help with the print preview problem ... it's simply not a PPT feature.
If you have Adobe Acrobat, you can print to PDF and then view that as a preview,
print from Acrobat if it looks good. I do that sometimes to save trees.

As to landscape vs portrait, yes, that can be a problem with some printer
drivers. Usually the fix is to set the printer driver to landscape BEFORE
starting PowerPoint.

I'd also check the printer manufacturer's site to see if they have an updated
driver for your printer. That can sometimes solve this problem.

Does the text run off the edge of the slide into the grey surrounding area? If
so, you'll want to resize the text box. Also, try selecting the Fit To Page
opion when printing.
