hi
I want to develop any ugc site which needs to store all the
data created by the user. I have the basic doubt of how to store/
handle this data in database, so that I should be able to access it in
a faster way. Can anyone help in this issue?

Your question is pretty hard to figure out. What do you mean by "a ugc
site"? Are you asking how to store data in a database? (You said that you
have doubts about that.) Or are you asking how to access that data? Or how
to access it in a faster way - a faster way than what?

ugc = user generated content ???

So the OP wants a Content Management System (sounds like the most
reasonable guess)... that can be updated by his client...?
http://contentseed.com might be the way to go?

Other 'ugc's' might include guestbooks, blogs, forums - all these have "user
generated content"
