Halo for PC...manual?

Folks,

I just received Halo in the mail after winning an Ebay auction. I'm curious
if the retail version of the game comes with a manual? All I received was a
white glossy multi-language insert about how to install the game. I want to
get my facts straight before I leave any Ebay feedback.

I'm in Britain...I presume I've got the UK version.

I believe it should have a little folder in the left portion of the
case, but you could investigate http://www.microsoft.com/games/halo/ for
starters and also the Bungie link off that web site.

I will look for hidden folders...but methinks that I don't have a manual
with this game.

Also, I suppose I could have been a little more explicit and stated that the
CD is inside a DVD style case.

The UK version definitely has a manual (as well as 2 or 3 others bits like
warranty info etc), a pretty big one too (for DVD boxes), if it's in the box
you can't miss it.

I've got the version in the DVD case, as well... there's a "manual" but not
much of one. 27 (smallish, glossy) pages, mostly dealing with installation,
weapons, vehicles and aliens (but not enough info to do more than give a
flavor of it.)

It's not white, or multi-language, so I'm not sure if it's the same version
you'd see or not.

Evan - Im UK and just sold a copy of Halo via Ebay (I've the nic CrimsonLiar
in there too). Yes there should be be a manual in the case. If (and I hope
its not me) i've somehow ommitted to send it pls email via Ebay and i'll
hunt around and get the manual off ASAP.

I have been informed by my Ebay seller that he didn't pack the game himself,
thus the lack of manual. There was also a major scratch on the CD. It was
listed as mint condition WITH a manual, which he claims is the state he
intended to sell it.

He's taken the classy road and offered a partial refund for the less than
perfect state I received the game in.
