half screen IE window

Clicking internet explorer 6 with SP1 opens in a full-
screen mode. But right clicking a link in that page and
then open in new window, the explorer opens in a half-
screen mode alwas in the upper half of my screen. I have
to click to maximize each time. How to fix this so that IE
opens in a full screen automatically on using right click
and open in a new window

Try stretching the small window to full size. (Do not use Maximize)
Ensure that window is the last one closed and IE should remember the
size next time.
