Half hidden pop up boxes.

How does one open a box that is half hidden? Especially
when you need to read and click on what is hidden below.
An example is the McAfee pop up which has MY STATUS below
the line. I know that in some cases you can click, hold
CTRL + Tab. But that does not work on this one.
Another example: Look below where it says SEND
CANCEL. What if that was hidden below the bottom and you
could not click on either.

I'm not exactly sure if what I'm going to suggest works in
your sittuation. But what I always do if I can't click
somewhere because there is something else on top of it or
whatever... Just click WindowsKey + M, this combination
minimises every window except for those requiring you to
make a selection...
