Had to reinstall Office

Has anyone had to reinstall Microsoft Outlook? I'm
wondering whether my old email directories, archived
emails, and address book are accessible or if I have to
start all over.

All data contained in a pst, this file is not removed during an uninstall
process, thus is available for reuse.

account will be deleted without reading.
