Had sound..Now its ALL gone!

Everything is working fine and nothing is on mute. I've only had this laptop
for about a month and had sound up until a week ago.The sound just
disappeared. I receive no sound what so ever. Not even the dial up sound
anymore. Does anyone know how to help me??? Cause I have music I really want
to listen too but cant

Nikki, rt click MyComputer>select Properties>Hardware>Device Manager>click
on the + sign next to Sound, Video and Game Controllers. Look for any yellow
marks next to any of the devices. If yes, get the Software and Driver CD
that came
with the Laptop. Insert and using Windows Explorer look for Audio Drivers.
Reinstall them.
