Hacker?

In my 'Event Viewer' under the security section where all
the computer's audits are logged, I am seing
an "anonymous logon/logoff" and a "guest" signing onto my
computer at all hours of the day. I am the only one in my
home who uses my computer. Is this related to a recent
worm (w32.spybot.worm) that I detected on my comp? I took
some measures to remove the worm but I still am seeing
this other user logon. Is this a hacker? How can I fix
this?
I had this problem before with this worm, which I deleted
and the problem seemed to have gone away. A few days ago
I got the message on Norton saying my comp was again
infected. I notice now that this guest + anonymous
logon/logoff has been occuring again for the past two
months.

Set your firewall to block TCP ports 135, 138, 139 and disable Netbios.
Disable guest account and set passwords for logging in. Also change the
password of the default administrator account.
