hacker exposure

According to a Symantec check I should close port 80 and
disable TLS/SSL to prevent my computer from hack attempts.
I've got a Sygate firewall running. How can I change my
these settings?

Symanctec test results:

HTTP (Hypertext Transfer Protocol). HTTP is used to
transfer Web pages over the Internet. Port 80 should be
open only if you're running a Web server. OPEN!

HTTP over TLS/SSL. A protocol for providing secure HTTP
communication. It should be open only if you're running a
Web server. OPEN!

If you have the IIS process running, you can disable it
through the Control Panel -> Admin Tools -> Services
console.. which I would reccommend to EVERYONE that isn't
using it (it is turned on by default).

What model is your firewall, maybe I'll see if there's
info online.
