I suspect someone is monitoring my emails. Is this possible? I have Windows XP Home Edition.
 
What hacker activity are you talking about ...other than you being paranoid?

What gives you reason to suspect this? But it is highly possible for
that to happen but for us to say one way or the other we're going to
need some more information.
