Hacker accessing my computer from remote access

I am new to all of this and when I logged off for some reason the computer said "you are not the only one using this computer, if I shut down now they wil lose valuable information". Bought Norton Antivirus 2004, but I can't get ride of this sucker... Suggestions?????

I also need to delete some Adware programs but they won't delete....Suggestions....

Do you have multiple profiles?
Do you use Fast User Switching?
Did you have another profile active when you went to shut down?
That is a normal message.
If the other profile is in the middle with unsaved data, some of it
may be lost.

all their data...is a microsoft statement. It's actually
different but I got your drift and meaning. You'll NEVER
get rid of "that guy" because it's in the microsoft
programming. What is a Adware program? Then I'll tell

Hey Bob-it's not a hacker also! Same thing, it's the

Microsoft Programming, standard statement to shutting
down your system if you have another person on there.

Hey Bob,

Here a few links to a few freww adware programs. I am using both and they seem to work very well.

once you install them make sure you go out and get the latest updates.
