H263 codec in XP

Hi,
Other than Microsoft H.263 Codec, i found another H263 Encoder and H263
Decoder in windows 2000 and i was able to use it also. The same are not
avaialble in XP. I installed Service Pack 2, still of no use. Can
someone suggest how to get h263_32.ax and h261_32.ax for XP.
