H2 transfer files from outlook express to outlook on a different c

I have used the MS help instructions and have copied the Outlook Express data
folder to a portable drive and copied it to the new computer where Outlook
2007 is. This is the point at which I have problems as the instructions refer
to opening up Outlook Express, when I have Outlook 2007 on the new computer.
How do you now establish the data files into Outlook 2007 ? This has been
very frustrating so if you can provide any help that would be great. Thanks,
Ken.

That doesn't work in one step if you are migrating between computers.
You will first need to get your OE files from your old computer working
again with OE on your new computer (or Windows Mail if your new computer
runs Windows Vista).
Once you done that, you can use Export from within OE (or WM) to get your
files into Outlook.
Make sure you configure Outlook with your mail account before trying to do
an export.
