gvutvfdg.dll

On my laptop a window pops up saying
"Error loading: c:\WINDOWS\system32\gvutvfdg.dll"

What does this mean? And, where can I get this file? I can't find it
anywhere. I did google searches and even searched Microsoft's site but nada.

It's more than likely a malware-related file that has been removed but not
the entry in the registry (or elsewhere) that instructs the file to be loaded
at startup.

Since you may also have remnants of other malware, I would highly recommend
registering and posting at a forum that is dedicated to malware information
