Gunbound game reboots winXP SP2

Ok, this could sound "snob" but its a real problem (for my childrens indeed)
P4 2.26 MB PCchips M963g + WinXP SP2
Game reboots PC after passing his "nProtect" system
Dont know if its an issue of SP2 but I got this problem in the only machine
with this SP.
 
it is 'restarting on error"

Disable automatic restart on system failure (on SP2): Press F8 on restart,
and see the menu item to disable auto restart. Restart, and when the STOP
message appears, record information needed for further troubleshooting.
