The 0 point vertical and horizontal guides cannot be deleted, so you should
always have 2 guides available (though they can be dragged an edge and be
hard to see). If no guides are visible, they are turned off >> CTRL + G >>
check DISPLAY DRAWING GUIDES ON SCREEN to turn on/off.

To add a guide CTRL + CLICK + DRAG on any visible guide to create a new
guide. Position as needed.

Ctrl G should do it. If you want to drag them, just click
and drag. To duplicate, Ctrl-click and drag.
