For the past month or so I haven't been able to get the Guide Plus+ software to connect with their server to download new program listings. Anyone else having this problem?
I found an old posting (2001) on some site that said their server had changed, but I bought mine just a few months ago, and it worked at first. The bozos at ATI take forever to get back on technichal issues, so I'm wondering if any of you have ideas.
