Guide Plus+ out-of-date

About a month ago, my cable company (Patriot Media, Hillsborough, Somerset
County, NJ, USA) rearranged its channel lineup. To date, Gemstar Guide
Plus+ is still sending the programming updates in the old lineup.
Re-selecting the channel lineup is no good. Changing my ZIP code to another
in the same area gets my the same old channel lineup.

Their web site has a notable lack of contact information for dealing with
this. I tried emailing the webmaster and asking him/her to redirect the
message to the responsible party, but got no reply. Guide Plus+ isn't just
passing along erroneous data from TV Guide, because tvguide.com shows the
correct current channel lineup for PatMedia.

Any ideas? Or alternate TV guide programs? I've heard of TitanTV, but
ATI's AIW cards are not on their list of supported hardware.

First go over to titantv.com and make sure that they have the right
schedule. If they do then check out
