Guestbook Problems

I have a user that has his own web folder in which, he
inserted the FrontPage Guestbook. Three different times
now, his Guestbook has stopped working and I have had to
completely recreate his web folder. When the user submits
their entry, they get a FrontPage server error. I have
tried creating a new guestbook, but that doesn't work.
It only works when I make him a new web folder but this
is very time consuming. Does anyone know what might need
fixing or where to look?

Are they using FP to create the Guestbook and are they publishing it to a server that has the FP SE?
If so, make sure the results and include page file (guestlog.htm) is in the _private folder which has write permissions
