Guest "Internet Access Previledge"

How do I make guest users using my computer have access
to the internet. when I sign in as a guest user, it
automatically disable the previledge to access the
internet. How do I enable this access so that friends
signing up as guest to my computer can access the
internet.
 
There is an error/omission in the Help files. The Guest account can only access the Internet from an always on connection, not dial up, by default.

See www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_tweaks.htm, Line 32, KeepRas Connections (FUS). Use the EXE link and download Kelly's small utility. Use this to enable keeping dial up connections active. Log on normally and establish your dial up connection, then use Fast User Switching to switch to the Guest account. The connection will remain active.
