guest book not working



i created the guest book from front page
it doesnt work
every thing is lowercase
the guestbook log is in the _private folder
the extensions are enabled on the server
and yet this is what everyone gets when they try to submit
a reply

Is this the default guest book with no modifications?

Did your publish via FP's http mode and/or created the guest book directly on the live/remote

Have you contacted the web host to ask them to check the server's log file as indicated in the error
