GSA-4040B Not reading

After a re-install of windows home edition, windows is not reading any of my
newly burnt disk. It will read disk burnt before the re-install. Any help
would be gladly accepted.

First, I would check the program that you are burning with to make sure
that it actually is writing properly. Then I would try all of the
suggestions here:
