Grouping of E-mail Messages

Murtaza

Dear Experts:

Suggest some solution.

I receive emails from around 10 people, and everybody has has atleast 3
different email
accounts (i.e. @hotmail.com, @yahoo.com, @somecompany.com)....So the same
person with many email IDs.

Now if I set my Outlook Inbox view to "By Sender", it group the items with
email addresses....so I get a lengthy list otherwise only few real people
are sending me emails.

I tried to add those people in Contacts and save thire email addresses in
Email1, Email2, Email3 but still it won't work.

Regards,
Murtaza

A possible solutions is to use rules to add categories to the mails and then
sort them by category.

If message is from user1, user2, user3 assign it the category private
If message is from user4, user5, user6 assign it the category work
