Grouping in Newsgroups

I have a number of different interests and instead of me looking down all my
folders in newsgroup to hunt out what i want, is it possible to folder all
the groups for music, all the groups for my pet dog, all the groups for etc.

If it's possible how the .... do I do it?

Define multiple news accounts (to the same news server). In the properties
of each, rename the account to whatever you want, like "Music", "Dog Stuff",
etc. Then subscribe to only those newsgroups germaine to the topic of that
account. There's nothing in Outlook Express (which is what you're really
asking about and not Outlook, so you posted in the wrong newsgroup) that
restricts you from defining multiple accounts to the same server.
