Group schedules: 'no information' problem

OL2003, EX2003. If I do a group schedule most people appear in it or have
free/busy settings or non-sharing views that I can fix. But some people give
'no information' when I do a group schedule that includes them. Why? Their
free/busy settings are the same as mine (12 months, 15 min update), their
permissions default to Reviewer, so their calendars are shared and I can look
at them. What am I missing? An Exchange setting maybe?

An Outlook setting that they set on their calendar. Tools->options->calendar options->planner options.

Hi Milly: thank you for waking me up to this. I've seen it a zillion times
but never noticed it. Sadly, my users have the same options ticked as I have,
i.e. both of the Group Scheduling check boxes showing popup calendar details
and calendar details in the grid, the latter I assume being the option this
problem relates to. I've also looked at one that works and his boxes are
ticked in the same way. I'm still scratching my head furiously.
