I am trying to set up a single computer with a local policy that will
restrict the use of the "run" command in the start menu. But every time I
enable the setting it takes the "run" command from the start menu out for all
users on that computer. I only want the policy to effect all users except the
administrator account. How do you set the policy per user??

Any help will be greatly appreciated...
