Group policy

Good morning,

How can i create a group policy in windows 2000 server, so that a certain
user when logs on can only access the internet browser, and remove the
access to start menu , control panel and explorer.

....after you have the desktop locked down, you can put iexplore.exe in the
Run key of the registry:
