Group Policy Template missing components

I am setting up group policies and have created 4 templates so far. I
notice on one of my templates I go down to User Configuration-Admin
Template-Windows Components and I do not see all the configurable
components like Netmeeting and Internet Explorer. I don't see how you
can even delete these "folders" by mistake. I go into my other
templates and they are there. Any ideas why these are not showing?
I'm very frustrated because for this particular policy I have made a
lot of changes to the Internet Explorer component. Thank You in
advance for any help.

These are all based on the templates in the ADM folder of the specific
policy.

I am not understanding. When I created this Template (add new) I
configured all the Internet settings etc in this area. Now it is not
there. Is the ADM folder someothing I need to fix?
