Group Policy Internet Explorer settings

Hello all,
I'm attempting to use Group Policy to configure Internet Explorer, but am
finding some stange results:
Windows XP SP2 client with IE SP2, settings from Internet Explorer
Maintenance node, such as home page and security zones are being applied. but
settings from the Administrative Templates such as button removal from
Toolbar are not being applied. These are user based settings and applied to
OU with correct account.
Any ideas please ?

Hi howard,

Try to run the "gpresult" command in the user's machine and see if the GPO
has been applied.

Another point to verify is the order of the Group Policy settings under User
Configuration, where the GPO was configured to be applied, probably some GPO
that comes before the ones that you configured is overriding the current
configuration.
